-NEW- Perm Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter (Semiconductor Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

· Managed end-to-end talent acquisition campaigns within the engineering and semiconductor sector, driving employer branding initiatives and ensuring consistent messaging across digital and offline channels.

· Coordinated full-cycle recruitment activities including hiring campaigns, career events, booth setup, candidate engagement materials, and management of promoters and ambassadors.

· Collaborated with external recruitment agencies and vendors to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple hiring priorities across concurrent roles and projects.

· Monitored recruitment marketing budgets and resource allocation to support simultaneous hiring initiatives across various business units and technical functions.

· Analysed candidate pipeline performance, sourcing effectiveness, and market hiring trends to support data-driven recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
