- Perform process planning and fixture & gauge designs
- Handle quotations and program management
- Apply Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies for continuous process improvements
- Planning and scheduling of ERP system
- Control of machining cycle time within target including all in-machine activities such as probing, machining, appropriate cutter checks etc.
- Control overall costs for machining taking into consideration cycle time and cost of cutters
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering
- Experience in Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Experience in CNC programming
