Night Auditor

  • Delivers exceptional guest service aligned with Fairmont brand standards, ensuring warm, courteous, and attentive interactions while maintaining a professional front desk presence.
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of all front office transactions by auditing postings, balances, reports, and guest accounts, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Manages daily financial and operational processes, including end-of-day procedures, reporting, and monitoring key metrics (revenues, occupancy, accounts) to support efficient front office operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant Front Office or Night Audit experience in a luxury hotel with strong knowledge of hotel operations, auditing procedures, and financial reconciliation with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office, with the ability to prepare and analyze reports accurately.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on shifts.
