NO EXP 6 months contract - 1 year contract Patient Service Associate #HJN

Duties:

• Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
• Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries
• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
• Support doctors in language translation when needed
• Proper maintenance of patients' records and drug inventory
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
• Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators
• Assist in coverage of other facilities when required

Wokrking hours: 5.5 days office hours
Locations: East and Central

Requirements:

• Min N/O/A Levels/ Nitec/ Dip in any relevant qualifications
• Able to commit min 6 months
