Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Manager

* Manage NDT projects at various client sites, including call-out (ad-hoc) jobs.

* Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of NDT inspectors to ensure quality and efficiency.

* Develop and review NDT procedures, method statements, and technique sheets.

* Support business development activities, including client engagement and technical proposals.

* Conduct site verification and qualification checks of NDT personnel.

* Perform NDT inspections as required to support project delivery.

* Organize and conduct training programs for various NDT methods.

* Liaise effectively with clients, ensuring clear communication and project satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Master’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science (or equivalent qualification).

* Mandatory certification:

* ANST NDT Level III (RT, UT, MT, PT, ET)

* PCN Level III certifications (UT, PAUT, TOFD)

* API Certification

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* Minimum 10 years of experience in the NDT field.

* Proven experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, and power plants.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of advanced NDT (ANDT) methods.

Hands-on experience in various advanced NDT techniques such as:

* PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing)

* TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction)

* Tube Inspection Techniques (e.g., ECT, IRIS, RFT)

* Other advanced inspection technologies

Hands on experience in Various NDT methods
