Do you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare transportation environment and have a passion for helping others? AMT is seeking a 3rd shift Non-Emergency Transport Lead to ensure the safe and efficient transport of patients requiring non-emergency medical transportation.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Illinois Patient Transport (IPT) attendant coverage for patients needing a second provider, ensuring safety and comfort during transportation.
  • Delivers compassionate patient care to all patients in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates professional behavior and serves as a role model while exhibiting AMT's mission, vision, values, and standards. Promotes and provides a safe working environment for all caregivers within policies and procedures.
  • Will maintain technician's training, certification, and license documentation.
  • Responsible for transportation vehicle readiness.
  • Provides timely and detailed reports regarding operational problems, issues, and/or concerns.
