As a Sales Agent, you will utilize your Norwegian language skills to connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored telecommunications offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales while providing excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage customer interactions to promote innovative telecommunications products
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and provide insightful information
- Oversee the complete sales process to meet or exceed targets
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide dedicated post-sales support
- Collaborate with team members to implement effective sales strategies
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with an aptitude for solving problems
- A passion for telecommunications and technical products
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Greece
