NPI & Risk Assessment Quality Expert

תיאור משרה אנו מחפשים מומחה/ית איכות בעל/ת ניסיון רב ב-NPI והערכת סיכונים, להובלת אסטרטגיית האיכות, הפחתת הסיכונים והציות הרגולטורי בתחומי הכנסת מוצרים חדשים (NPI) ומערך הייצור הגלובלי. תפקיד זה מהווה חלק קריטי בהבטחת הטמעתם של תקני איכות ורגולציה במוצרים, בתהליכים ובציוד – החל משלב התכנון ועד לייצור. תחומי אחריות עיקריים הובלה והטמעה של מתודולוגיות להערכת סיכונים (PFMEA, HACCP) לאורך תהליכי ה-NPI והייצור. הבטחת שילובן של דרישות ניהול סיכונים ואיכות בתהליכי הפיתוח, בסקירות התכנון (Design Reviews) ובאבני הדרך של הפרויקטים. הובלת שילוב מדדי האיכות בהשקות של מוצרים חדשים, בשיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות ההנדסה והמו"פ (R&D). פיתוח ותיקנון (סטנדרטיזציה) של מסגרות עבודה ושיטות עבודה מומלצות (Best Practices) בתחום האיכות הגלובלית בין האתרים השונים. תכנון וביצוע מבדקים פנימיים חוצי-אתרים, להבטחת עמידה מלאה בדרישות החברה והרגולציה. זיהוי פערים בתהליכים והובלת יוזמות לשיפור מתמיד (Continuous Improvement). בניית יכולות והכשרת צוותי האיכות המקומיים, תוך קידום תרבות איכות פרואקטיבית. למה כדאי להצטרף אלינו? זהו תפקיד אסטרטגי בעל השפעה רבה, המציע הזדמנות לעצב תקני איכות גלובליים, להוביל למצוינות תפעולית ולהשפיע באופן ישיר על איכות המוצר ועל הביצועים העסקיים של החברה. דרישות תואר .B.Sc בהנדסת מכונות, כימיה, חומרים או תעשייה וניהול – חובה. ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בניהול איכות, הערכת סיכונים או ציות רגולטורי בסביבת ייצור. מומחיות גבוהה בתהליכי איכות NPI ובמתודולוגיות PFMEA ו-HACCP. ניסיון מוכח בהובלת מבדקים (Audits) ויוזמות איכות גלובליות. יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות וניסיון בעבודה עם מדדי ביצוע (KPIs) ולוחות בקרה (Dashboards) של איכות. אנגלית ברמת שפת אם / רמה גבוהה מאוד – חובה. Overview (English) Responsibilities (English) We are looking for a highly experienced NPI & Risk Assessment Quality Expert to lead quality strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance across new product introduction (NPI) and global manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that quality and regulatory standards are embedded into products, processes, and equipment from design through production. Key Responsibilities • Lead and implement risk assessment methodologies (PFMEA, HACCP) across NPI and production processes • Ensure quality and risk management requirements are incorporated into development processes, design reviews and project milestones. • Drive quality integration in new product launches in collaboration with Engineering and R&D • Develop and standardize global quality frameworks and best practices across sites • Plan and execute cross-site internal audits, ensuring full compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives • Build capabilities of local quality teams and promote a proactive quality culture Why Join Us This is a strategic, high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape global quality standards, drive operational excellence, and directly influence product quality and business performance. Qualifications (English) B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering – Required Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, risk assessment, or regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment Strong expertise in PFMEA, HACCP, and NPI quality processes Proven experience in leading audits and global quality initiatives Strong analytical skills and experience working with quality dashboards and KPIs Fluent English - Must
