What you’ll do

We are looking for a Crossdock Coordinator to join our New South Wales Greenlife Crossdock!

This role is all about consolidating multiple Greenlife supplier orders, optimising transport operations, while constantly looking to make things better. You’ll be part of a collaborative, hands-on team that works closely with suppliers, transport partners and internal stakeholders. From improving delivery performance to shaping smarter processes, this is a role where you’ll learn, grow and influence how things get done.

  • Coordinate daily transport activities for Greenlife products, helping ensure deliveries arrive safely and on time

  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers, transport providers and 3PL partners to improve service and performance

  • Support planning and scheduling to meet store delivery needs, especially during peak periods

  • Monitor delivery performance metrics and help drive improvements across cost, service and compliance

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Stores, Merchandising and Finance to keep everything aligned

  • Contribute to process improvements, updating tools and refining reporting

  • Support a strong safety culture by promoting Chain of Responsibility practices and ensuring compliance across the network

Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in the greenlife or transport industry, with a strong strategic and operational understanding. You’ll be confident using systems and reporting tools, with a good grasp of compliance requirements and a proactive approach to improving processes.

They will bring strong leadership capability, with the ability to guide, motivate and support their team. Alongside this, they have a collaborative and adaptable approach, building trusted relationships across teams, suppliers and partners. They communicate clearly and confidently and can influence stakeholders of all levels.

  • Experience in the greenlife or transport industry

  • Experience supervising or leading a small team or operational function

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

  • Experience working with transport providers or 3PL partners

  • A good understanding of compliance and safety requirements in transport operations (including CoR principles)

  • Confidence working with systems, reporting tools and process improvement initiatives
