Our established client within the Community Service sector is seeking to hire a Nurse Manager that will be overseeing and providing guidance to the homecare nurses within this setting.

This role involves overseeing homecare nurses within the community service setting

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage community care nursing programmes, including operations, manpower planning, workflow coordination, and service delivery
Work closely with the Assistant Director, nursing team, healthcare institutions, AIC, MOH, and community partners to support integrated community care
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, client outcomes, and care experience
Monitor programme performance through audits, surveys, home visits, and operational reviews
Develop and strengthen community care networks and partnerships to facilitate care transition and integration
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure safe, evidence-based, and high-quality nursing care delivery
Oversee the implementation of nursing guidelines, protocols, and clinical governance standards
Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff, including succession planning and leadership development
Support staff engagement, welfare, onboarding, training, and capability development
Manage crisis intervention, emergency response procedures, and health threat management strategies
Participate in strategic projects, community initiatives, and stakeholder engagements as assigned
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and/or Specialist Diploma in Gerontology and/or Advanced Diploma preferred
Minimum 10 years of clinical nursing experience, including relevant Nurse Manager or leadership experience
Candidates with acute care/hospital background are highly preferred
Experience in community care, home care, eldercare, or transitional care will be advantageous
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced community care environment
