We are looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife at our Euclid Avenue Health Center.
This role is full-time and fully benefitted at 32 hours/week with a schedule of 4 days with 8-hour shifts. This has the following schedule, based on a 2 week rotation: Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 is: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Please note: there is one shift every other week that will be scheduled at our Chula Vista Health Center.

This role is designed for licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Certified Nurse Midwives licensed in the state of California.

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Certified Nurse Midwives who:
Hold an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife.
