Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner provides specialized outpatient wound care, managing acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with supervising physicians.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Active Michigan NP license with prescriptive authority required
  • Current national certification required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA) required
  • 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
  • Experience in wound care or chronic disease management preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a rural clinical setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care approach
