Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Psychotherapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide individual, couples, and family counselling services to clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counselling services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Participate in case consultations and clinical supervision.
- Support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children, youth, couples, or families.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Experience providing virtual therapy services.
