Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Psychotherapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide individual, couples, and family counselling services to clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counselling services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals when appropriate.
  • Participate in case consultations and clinical supervision.
  • Support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, youth, couples, or families.
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services.
