What You'll Do
You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Long Branch and surrounding Monmouth County communities, developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining full clinical autonomy.
Our administrative team manages scheduling, patient coordination, and documentation support so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Shadowing opportunities are available for therapists who are newer to home health or want to experience our model before getting started.
Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan helps keep your schedule consistent. If we're unable to replace a cancelled visit, you'll be paid for up to two cancellations per month.

Compensation
W2 Part-Time
- $60–$65 per visit
1099 Part-Time
- $72–$85 per visit

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Minimum one year of U.S. clinical experience preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Home health experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
