Join Each’s NDIS Children’s Therapy Support Services team, where you’ll support children aged 0–12 and their families to build skills, confidence and independence. Working across clinic, home, early learning and school environments, you’ll be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven team, delivering evidence-informed therapy that creates lasting impact in local communities.
Your role, your impact
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting children with developmental delay and disability to reach their goals, while empowering families, carers and educators with the tools and confidence to continue that progress.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to children (0–12) and their families across clinic, home, and community settings
- Develop and implement goal-focused therapy plans that reflect each child’s strengths and needs
- Build capability in families and educators through coaching, modelling and practical strategies
- Manage your own caseload and schedule, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery
- Conduct assessments and prepare reports in line with NDIS requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make appropriate internal and external referrals
- Facilitate group programs and contribute to innovative service delivery approaches
- Support others’ growth, including providing clinical supervision to junior therapists or students
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet service targets in a fee-for-service environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives within the team
Who we’re looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (minimum Bachelor level)
- Demonstrated experience working with children with developmental delay and/or disability
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Knowledge of child development and evidence-based occupational therapy approaches
- Experience working with culturally diverse families and communities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and client management systems

- Experience working within the NDIS or a fee-for-service model
- Understanding of the key worker model and family-centred practice
- Experience providing coaching, mentoring or group-based interventions
- Confidence supporting early learning settings such as childcare, kinder or schools
