Make an Impact in a Specialized Outpatient Setting
Rehab Without Walls® is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to support our outpatient neuro rehabilitation clinic in Portland, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, one-on-one care while working collaboratively within a skilled interdisciplinary team. You’ll help patients build independence and functional skills in a structured clinical environment designed to support recovery.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions in an outpatient neuro rehab setting.
- Support patients in developing functional skills to improve independence in daily activities.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and clinical staff to meet patient-centered goals.
- Provide cognitive, ADL, and functional training interventions tailored to each patient.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Oregon.
- Experience in outpatient or neuro rehabilitation preferred.
- A collaborative, patient-focused professional who values clinical excellence.
- Availability to assist with true PRN coverage, including vacation, sick time, and additional clinic needs.

Responsibilities
What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
- Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
- Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members
- Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
What you will need:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing
- Current CPR Certification
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred
- Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interaction
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
- Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods
- Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times
