    What You\u2019ll Do:
    <\/p>

    • Implement personalized OT treatment plans developed by licensed OTs
      <\/li>
    • Support clients with ADL\-focused exercises, functional movement, and cognitive engagement
      <\/li>
    • Provide family education on safety strategies, adaptive equipment, and home setup improvements
      <\/li>
    • Participate in interdisciplinary coordination to ensure holistic care
      <\/li>
    • Maintain timely, clear documentation to promote strong clinical outcomes
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Qualifications:
      <\/p>

      • Current Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)<\/b> license
        <\/li>
      • Valid driver\u2019s license and insured, reliable transportation
        <\/li>
      • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient\-centered care
        <\/li>
      • Home health experience preferred, but supportive training is available
        <\/li><\/ul>
