At Eden Medical Center, our Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. In this role, you will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans designed to restore and enhance daily living, vocational, and functional skills for patients with a wide range of conditions.You will build strong, collaborative relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams—earning trust through thoughtful assessment, attentive care, and clear communication. Your expertise will directly support patients in achieving greater confidence and independence in their everyday lives.
This position also offers the opportunity to mentor and guide others, including providing clinical supervision to therapy assistants and aides, as well as serving as a clinical instructor for students.

EDUCATION:
Other: Graduate of accredited occupational therapy program.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
OT-Occupational Therapist
OR OLP-Occupational Limited Permit
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC LICENSURES & CERTIFICATIONS:
Department: Home Health - DL-Valid Drivers License
Department: Home Health - INS-Auto Insurance
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Critical thinking, complex problems solving, decisive judgement and ability to work independently.
Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
Must be able to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.
Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities.
Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.
Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement.

Pay Range is $61.92 to $77.39 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
