About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Sales Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support across the company. This role is integral to keeping our operations running smoothly — handling communications, managing paperwork, and ensuring the team has the coordination support they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Process sales enquiries and orders
  • Manage and organise company documents, records, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Prepare, format, and process administrative documents such as letters, memos, reports, and forms
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintenance of internal databases
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments as directed by management

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level
  • No job experience necessary
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
