Office Administrator & HR Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator & HR Executive to support daily office operations while managing core human resource functions. This role requires someone who can multitask effectively, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth administrative and HR processes.

Responsibilities

Office Administration:

  • Organize and oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient and orderly workspace
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications to support team collaboration
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, and ad-hoc projects to facilitate business operations

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling to attract qualified talent
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth employee transitions
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases for accurate workforce information
  • Support payroll coordination, track employee leave, and manage attendance records to ensure compliance and accuracy
