Office Administrator / Receptionist

This role is more than answering phones and greeting visitors. You'll be a key part of our daily operations, helping support customers, employees, and leadership while ensuring our office runs efficiently. Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome customers, visitors, and vendors with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized office environment
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Support scheduling for installations, service appointments, and deliveries
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist with customer orders, order confirmations, and related documentation
  • Prepare and distribute emails, reports, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and office supplies
  • Communicate with vendors and support day-to-day office operations
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
