Office Administrator, Staff
Under general supervision, provides specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of a wide variety of administrative duties. Assignments may be found in various functional areas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Executes special or continuous research and data gathering tasks for projects and/or contracts. Operates automated office equipment. (30%)
Prepares reports/recommendations, compiles data, determines possible issues and recommends resolutions. (25%)
Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. (25%)
Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information. (20%)
Representative Qualifications:
Records management experience.
Experience in typing, phone, communication and data entry are essential.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
Skills to coordinate and plan meetings.
