Office Assistant (fix-term)

We are looking for an Office Assistant (fixed-term, parental leave replacement)

Are you passionate about people’s well-being at the office? If yes, then maybe you are the person we are looking for.

Your role:

  • Creating a positive and healthy work environment
  • Organizing Estonian office events with the help of the HR team
  • Helping the HR department regarding employee vacation and assets records
  • Coordinate facilities management and services, including vendor contracts and relations, and purchase orders
  • Manage contracts database
  • Manage and order office furniture, office supplies, and consumables
  • Manage correspondence (send and receive office emails, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.

We expect you to:

  • have previous experience/or a degree in office administration
  • have strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • have excellent English skills (our working language is English) and good Estonian language skills (C1 - both verbal and written)
  • have a positive can-do attitude and that you are engaging people person
  • have a willingness to work almost full-time in the office (4 days in the office and 1 day in the home office).
