Office Cleaner (5.5days work week)

To maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment throughout the association premises, including offices, common areas, heritage facilities, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Cleaning Duties

  • Empty and dispose of rubbish from all floors.
  • Sweep and mop designated areas.
  • Clean and dust the altar area, ancestral tablet tables, and related furnishings.
  • Clean and sanitize washrooms.
  • Water and maintain plants within the premises.

Weekly Duties

  • Sweep and mop stairways and corridors from Levels 1 to 6.
  • Clean Level 6 facilities and common areas.
  • Clean the Level 3 office and meeting room.
  • Clean washrooms.
  • Dust and wipe cabinets, desks, tables, and office furniture.
  • Clean the Level 2 Karaoke Room and Heritage/Artifacts Room.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Clean washrooms.
  • Clean windows and glass panels.
  • Dust and wipe cabinets on Levels 3 and 5.

Monthly Duties

  • Clean and polish glass panels at the Level 4 Ancestral Tablet Hall.
  • Clean furniture and windows throughout the premises.

Venue Maintenance

  • Ensure the Karaoke Room and other rental facilities are maintained in a clean and presentable condition.
  • Carry out cleaning immediately after events or venue rentals, or no later than the following day.
  • Support the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the association's facilities.

Job Requirements

  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties.
