Office Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our San Diego office. As one of the primary points of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery partners, this individual will play an important role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized workplace environment.

This position spans several core operational functions, including visitor reception, shipping and receiving, office supply management, and general office support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in ensuring that employees and guests have a positive experience in the workplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and guests.

  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and notify employees of guest arrivals.

  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries.

  • Coordinate outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and carrier scheduling.

  • Monitor inventory levels for office supplies, kitchen supplies, and workplace essentials.

  • Support general office organization, events, and operational needs.
