As an Office & Event Officer, you are the central point for internal communication, events, and facility support. You ensure a pleasant, well-organized working environment and a positive employee experience.

This is a new role that you will shape together with the receptionist and HR. You enjoy organizing events and activities, coordinating training sessions, scheduling appointments, and setting up and managing communication. You are part of General Management and report to the HR Manager.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Acting

  • Managing internal communication and information flow (internal announcements, input for corporate communication, birthdays)

  • Organizing events (anniversaries, BBQs/summer gatherings, Christmas party, etc.)

  • Coordinating meetings (internal and external)

  • Organizing and supporting employee activities

  • Acting as the point of contact for facility-related matters

  • Managing and issuing company assets such as laptops and phones (including a warm onboarding experience for new employees together with HR)

  • Coordinating lease cars

  • Organizing training sessions (such as cleanroom training) and subsidies

  • Supporting the management team

  • Performing reception duties and acting as a backup for the receptionist

  • Practical details

  • This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week

  • On Wednesdays, you will cover the reception desk (answering calls and welcoming visitors)

  • You will replace the receptionist during holidays and leave

  • The receptionist works on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Therefore, we ask you to be available the entire day on Wednesday and at least on Friday morning
