Duties

  • Answering calls and assisting customers
  • Processing orders via phone
  • General admin and data entry
  • Supporting the trade counter and warehouse teams

Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn new skills
  • Previous experience is not essential but is considered a plus
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette
