Office Manager

Your Role:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations at the Landshut site
  • Act as first point of contact for operational issues on-site
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to site leadership
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier coordination
  • Track and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
  • Manage keys, access cards, and office access systems
  • Create, maintain, and administer supplier data
  • Review, coordinate, and follow up on incoming invoices
  • Act as central point of contact for administrative requests at the site
  • Coordinate recurring administrative processes and deadlines
  • Plan, organize and execute site-level events
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events, leadership visits, and meetings
  • Act as operational support partner for stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional support (HR, Finance, IT, Facilities)

Your Experience:

  • Experience in office administration or similar roles
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented approach
  • Very good English and German skills
  • Hands-on mindset with strong execution focus
  • Comfortable working with ERP-Systems
