Office Manager
Your Role:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations at the Landshut site
- Act as first point of contact for operational issues on-site
- Provide day-to-day operational support to site leadership
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier coordination
- Track and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
- Manage keys, access cards, and office access systems
- Create, maintain, and administer supplier data
- Review, coordinate, and follow up on incoming invoices
- Act as central point of contact for administrative requests at the site
- Coordinate recurring administrative processes and deadlines
- Plan, organize and execute site-level events
- Coordinate logistics for internal events, leadership visits, and meetings
- Act as operational support partner for stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional support (HR, Finance, IT, Facilities)
Your Experience:
- Experience in office administration or similar roles
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented approach
- Very good English and German skills
- Hands-on mindset with strong execution focus
- Comfortable working with ERP-Systems
