General Purpose of the Office Manager position:

Provides assistance to the Executive Director in the ongoing operations of the program by implementation of policies and procedures, program handbooks. Provides coordination between Meadows intake, inpatient programs, Compliance Dept. & Business Office. Assist the Executive Director in deployment of the program.

Primary Responsibilities of the Office Manager Position (include but are not limited to):

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of an operational handbook to include patient orientation to the program.
  • In conjunction with the Compliance Department, oversees the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures that are in compliance with company policy and State and Joint Commission regulations.
  • As assigned by Corporate Compliance, may function as Safety Officer insuring compliance with all Risk and Safety policies as well as State and Joint Commission regulations.
  • Coordinate all Administrative activities, including scheduling of all activities and therapies and provides daily supervision to any administrative clerical staff.
  • Coordinates on-boarding and off-boarding of new staff as well as personnel file maintenance with Corporate Human Resources.
  • Coordinates with the Business Office to ensure prompt and accurate posting of charges and collection of payments due.
