Office Manager / Personal Assistant
INXY Payments is looking for a proactive "master of the house" for our Limassol office (15 people). We need a smart, resourceful professional who takes full ownership of the workspace and can push back on contractors when needed.
What you’ll do:
- Office Ownership: Full responsibility for the space, supplies (snacks/coffee/stationery), and a cozy atmosphere.
- Infrastructure: Manage cleaning, repairs, and tech (internet/printers). You find the plumber or electrician and make sure they deliver.
- Admin & Ops: Handle mail, invoices for accounting, parking, and onboarding new team members.
- Founder Support: Offline errands (docs, gifts, car service) and assisting the main PA with bookings/research.
- Events: Organize team buildings and office activities.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1+ years of experience in Office Management/Ops.
- Is independently resourceful: Uses Google, ChatGPT, and networking to solve tasks without constant supervision.
- Is service-oriented and friendly, but possesses the "inner steel" to negotiate hard with vendors.
- Speaks Russian and English.
- Has a personal car for errands in Limassol (fuel/fixed costs compensated).
