Office Manager / Receptionist

We are seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily office operations, provide high-quality service to employees and visitors, and support the coordination of administrative processes. We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and well-organized professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to a positive office atmosphere. Responsibilities Manage office documentation and maintain correspondence records Coordinate the sending and receiving of documents, parcels, and equipment Provide administrative support to employees and office guests Prepare meeting rooms and ensure visitor access arrangements Support onboarding processes for new employees Maintain records of office supplies, lockers, library items, and branded materials Process internal employee requests Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment Requirements Experience in a similar position Higher education degree English at A2 (Pre-Intermediate) level Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and office equipment Understanding of basic office procedures, business etiquette, and formal correspondence Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills Good communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
