Office & Operations Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth functioning of the corporate office
  • Ensure that the restaurant outlets’ administrative functions are conducted properly
  • Responsible for ensuring that all tenancy agreements are properly maintained and updated
  • Responsible for ensuring that all legal, insurance and other agreements are properly maintained, updated and upkept
  • Maintain and update restaurant outlets’ training and key performance indices
  • Provide secretarial and general administrative support to MD
  • Responsible for arranging, coordinating and confirming all travel arrangements, ensure that all schedules are accurate
  • Prepare presentation materials / reports and write letters / memorandums / speech / take down meeting minutes
  • Ensure highest confidentiality level when dealing in all matters
  • Assist to ensure that the key projects are initiated are being followed up properly
  • Renewal of restaurants licenses & financial filings (eg. Tax)
  • Ordering and replenishing of office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain filings and administrative systems so that written or compute information is easily accessible and secure

Requirements:

  • Diploma and/or Experience in secretarial/administrative preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent follow up skills is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Must be proficient with the following software; MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
