Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Manage daily office operations, including digital and physical filing, data entry, and record keeping<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/ul>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Office Technology & Management or a related field<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>- Minimum of 1\u20132 years of proven experience as an Office Secretary or Administrative Assistant<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong organizational and time\-management skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- High attention to detail and accuracy<\/span>
