OFFICE SUPERVISOR

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily operations of one or more practices
  • Coordinate the work activities and schedules of personnel
  • Provide leadership in the absence of the Practice Administrator or Practice Manager
  • Performance reviews and annual evaluations
  • Communicate effectively with all staff and providers
  • Track/Report providers paid leave and continuing medical education according to contract
  • Lead staff to provide excellent patient care
  • Financial management of office; cash control, bank reconciliations, and deposits
  • Oversee inventory of medical, pharmaceutical, and administrative supplies
  • Coordinate smooth office operations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare administration

*Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirement*

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two or more years of supervisory experience with at least one year of supervisor experience in a healthcare setting
