Job Summary

This junior role supports administrative functions including staff onboarding/offboarding, managing Google Suite and IT support, coordinating branch office activities, and assisting Admin & Operations teams with various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and accurate record-keeping
  • Manage and administer Google Suite applications and liaise with third-party IT support to resolve technical issues promptly
  • Organize and coordinate office activities for branch offices to maintain operational efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to Admin and Operations teams to facilitate daily business functions
  • Execute ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support team needs and project requirements
  • Apply attention to detail and analytical skills to maintain accuracy in administrative processes
  • Demonstrate curiosity and creativity to identify improvements in administrative workflows
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to foster positive working relationships
