Office Support Assistant
The role of an Office Assistant is centered around ensuring the efficient operation of \nthe overall corporate working environment as per the highest standards of office \ncleanliness and hygiene. - Performing a variety of cleaning activities including, but not limited to vacuuming, \ndusting, mopping, and sanitizing in IFZA offices
<\/span><\/li>- Ensuring completion of office opening and closing checklists on a daily basis
<\/span><\/li>- Organizing and maintaining office common areas
<\/span><\/li>- Preparing conference rooms for client and staff meetings
<\/span><\/li>- Assisting reception and providing support to the front desk operations
<\/span><\/li>- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other amenities to clients, guests, and \nexecutive managers in a prompt and courteous manner
<\/span><\/li>- Ensuring all issues are reported to the Office Manager in a timely manner \nMaintaining supply inventory for stationery, pantry, and cleaning materials
<\/span><\/li>- Ensuring that the workplace is neat and presentable for visitors and clients
<\/span><\/li>- Maintaining and protecting office cleaning equipment to make sure there are no \ninadequacies
<\/span><\/li>- Ensuring IFZA car fleet is cleaned with the appropriate method and in a timely \nmanner
<\/span><\/li>- Adhering to strict health and safety standards
<\/span><\/li>- Performing other job\-related duties as assigned by Management
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Experience in hospitality or service\-oriented industry
<\/span><\/li>- Good English communication skills
<\/span><\/li>- Additional foreign languages are an advantage
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of chemical handling procedures, and familiarity with cleaning \nequipment
<\/span><\/li>- Strong attention to detail and efficiency without compromising quality of work
<\/span><\/li>- Good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
<\/span><\/li>- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure
<\/span><\/li>- Should be punctual, reliable, honest, respectful, and trustworthy
