Officer 3, Operational Compliance Services

As an Officer 3 position responsible for handling low to moderate complexity AML/KYC and FATCA matters with moderate supervision. This role independently executes standard compliance activities while developing deeper understanding of regulatory requirements and risk assessment procedure

What you'll do

  • You'll execute standard AML/KYC processes, perform basic risk assessments, and maintain accurate and complete regulatory documentation.
  • You'll support client communication, handle routine queries, and process investor onboarding files and periodic reviews efficiently.
  • You'll monitor compliance requirements and deadlines, ensure adherence to regulations, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
  • You'll process and validate FATCA/CRS documentation, including verifying GIINs and confirming FATCA classifications against IRS records.
  • You'll review and track KYC documentation, prepare regulatory reports, document compliance findings, and maintain tracking systems.

  • You hold a degree in Law or an equivalent qualification and are ACAMS-oriented.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience, with prior experience in a similar role as an advantage.
  • You are familiar with risk assessment processes and regulatory documentation standards, including managing FATCA/CRS documentation.
  • You are proficient in using compliance databases and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and uphold the company’s values of being Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative.
