Lend A Hand India is working as a Program Management Unit (PMU)\- Skilling\nad Foreign Language, with Govt. of NCT of Delhi for a newly launched CM SHRI\nSchools initiative by the Delhi Government. The role focuses on supporting the\nrollout of skill education and Foreign Language in alignment with the National\nEducation Policy (NEP,2020) and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF,2024).\nThe role would benefit from candidates who bring prior classroom teaching or\nteacher training experience, enabling them to effectively engage with teachers\nand support classroom\-level program implementation. The Officer will be part of\nthe Lend A Hand India PMU team at CM SHRI office and will work closely with an\ninternal team (a special task force), government officers, school leadership\nand staff, etc. to ensure effective execution, coordination, and reporting of\nprogram activities. This is an execution\-focused role that requires\ncoordination, data management, documentation and problem\-solving abilities on a\ndaily basis to support program implementation across multiple schools.

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

1.Program Implementation & Stakeholder Coordination <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Support\nimplementation of skill education initiatives across CM SHRI schools, including\nMulti\-Sectoral Skill Education and Foreign Language programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support the team in\n developing plan of action and share inputs on program<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with Heads of\n Schools (HoS), teacher coordinators, and school teams for implementation\n of program activities.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support organization of\n school orientations, teacher trainings, workshops, and stakeholder\n meetings.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support teachers in\n understanding and implementing skill education components within the\n school context.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist in planning and\n executing student exposure visits and experiential learning opportunities.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct regular school\n visits to monitor program implementation and follow up on action points.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain close\n communication with schools to ensure timely completion of program\n activities.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support planning and\n scheduling of student exposure activities and experiential learning\n opportunities.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support in onboarding\n employers for student Internships and facilitating internships for\n students

    2. Skill Lab Setup & Infrastructure Coordination <\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Support the\nestablishment and operationalization of Multi Skill Labs in CM SHRI schools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Coordinate with schools to collect\n infrastructure readiness information including room allocation, space\n availability, and electrical requirements.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support documentation and tracking related to\n lab setup progress across schools.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Liaise with vendors, logistics teams, and\n school stakeholders to facilitate equipment delivery and installation.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Maintain school\-wise trackers for lab\n readiness, equipment deployment, and operational status.
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Data Monitoring & Program Tracking <\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Support the monitoring of program\nimplementation through structured data collection and analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Assist in designing and\n managing data collection tools such as Google Forms, trackers, and\n dashboards.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Track school\-wise\n progress on program implementation, trainings, lab setup, and student\n participation, etc.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Validate data received\n from schools and follow up for corrections or completion.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Maintain implementation\n trackers to monitor timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.

        4. Reporting & Documentation <\/span><\/span>

        • Support program documentation and\nreporting for internal and external stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Assist in preparation of program progress\n reports, dashboards, and review presentations.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintain records of implementation updates.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintain documentation related to\n implementation plans, guidelines, SOPs, and activity reports.<\/span><\/span>

        • Support development and organization of\n implementation documents, guidelines, and SOPs.

          5. Research, Insights & Program Improvement <\/span><\/span>
          <\/p>

          • Support continuous\nimprovement of program implementation through research and analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Conduct desk research on skill education models,\n vocational training practices, and student pathways.<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Analyze program data to identify\n implementation gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.<\/span><\/span>

          • Support documentation of best practices and\n learnings from schools to strengthen program design.

                Requirements<\/h3>

                Minimum Qualifications &\nExperience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

                • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Education, Public Policy, Development Studies,\nSocial Work, or a related discipline.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • 1\-2 years of experience in delivering and planning programs related to\neducation or skilling, Government liasoning, teaching roles.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Prior classroom teaching experience or experience conducting teacher training\nwill be an added advantage. <\/span>

                • Familiarity with school education systems, skill education initiatives, or\ngovernment partnerships is preferred. <\/span>
