Officer - HR (Corporate Office, Hyderabad)
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to manage recruitment and core HR operations for site environments. The role requires close coordination with Site HR teams, Corporate HR, and HR Shared Services to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management, compliance, and efficient HR service delivery.
HR Operations
- Support hire to retire activities by managing day-to-day HR operational activities including Onboarding and Induction, Leave and attendance, Background verification and Employee engagement activities
- Serve as a key point of contact, collaborating with Site HR, HR Shared Services (HRSS), and HR leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution of HR processes across locations
- Coordinate statutory compliance activities, including license renewals and timely submission of returns.
- Oversee administration and renewal of employee insurance policies (GMC & OPD, GPA, GTLI, Gratuity) ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with Site HR teams to maintain HR records, trackers, MIS, and support audit and compliance documentation
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant/site roles, with a focus on blue-collar and frontline workforce hiring
- Partner with hiring managers and Site HR to understand manpower plans, workforce demand, and hiring priorities
- Drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to ensure timely closure of positions
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and status reports for effective monitoring and decision-making.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and staffing partners to support high-volume hiring needs
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives at plant/site level
Statutory & Compliance
- Ensure submission of statutory returns (POSH, LWF, Employment Exchange, etc.,)
- Ensure statutory acknowledgements and holiday list submissions
- Coordinate audit coordination including internal and external audits
Employee Engagement, Coordination & HR Administration
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across Head Office and site locations
- Act as a central coordination point between Head Office and site HR teams
- Ensure consistent HR policy implementation across all locations
- Oversee office administration including facilities, housekeeping, pantry, and overall workplace management
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance
- Expertise in high-volume recruitment, especially for blue-collar and frontline workforce
- Effective stakeholder management with ability to coordinate across Head Office, site HR teams, and HRSS
- Proficiency in HR systems, MIS, data management, and reporting (Excel and dashboards)
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills with attention to detail
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4 - 8 years of experience in HR Operations/ Recruitments/ HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or multi-site organizations would be preferred.
- Exposure to corporate HR coordination and site HR interaction is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
