    Position Overview<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

    We are seeking a dynamic and\nproactive Officer to be the operational engine for our flagship internship\nprogram in Gujarat. This is a field\-oriented role critical for ensuring the\nprogram's effective rollout, expansion, and day\-to\-day management. You will be\nthe key link between schools, employers, and the community, responsible for\nbuilding robust partnerships, facilitating meaningful internship opportunities\nfor youth, and ensuring smooth on\-ground execution. Success in this role\nrequires a blend of stakeholder management, data\-driven monitoring, and a\npassion for creating livelihood pathways for students.<\/span><\/span>

    Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    1. Program\nImplementation & Stakeholder Management:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Work closely with District/Block\-level education\n authorities, schools, and local representatives (ZP/MNC members,\n Panchayats) for effective internship program implementation.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support state/district teams in monitoring progress\n and providing handholding support to school\-level stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Advocate for the internship program at various\n forums to strengthen institutional buy\-in.<\/span><\/span>

      2. Employer\nPartnership & Engagement:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Proactively identify, onboard, and build lasting\n relationships with employers to expand internship opportunities.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Serve as the primary liaison for employers, ensuring\n their ongoing engagement and addressing their needs.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strengthen existing partnerships and work to convert\n new leads into committed program partners.<\/span><\/span>

        3. Monitoring,\nReporting & Grievance Redressal:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

        • Ensure systematic monitoring of school and\n student\-level outcomes and progress.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintain accurate program data, key contact lists,\n case studies, and prepare regular district/block\-level progress reports.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Act as a point of contact to address and resolve\n grievances from various stakeholders (schools, students, employers).<\/span><\/span>

          4. Collaboration\n& Support:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

          • Work collaboratively with Academic Resource Persons\n at the block level to support career guidance and student engagement\n activities.<\/span><\/span>

            Requirements<\/h3>

            Qualifications & Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/p>

            Mandatory:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized\n university.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Minimum 2+ years of overall work experience, with at\n least 1+ year in Education, Skill Development, Counseling, Governance,\n Employment, Livelihood, or related sectors.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in\n Gujarati, Hindi and English<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,\n PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Willingness and ability to undertake significant\n field travel within Gujarat.<\/span><\/span>

              Desirable:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

              • Post\-graduate certification/diploma in social/rural\n development, skill development, or education.<\/span><\/span>

              • Prior fellowship or entrepreneurial experience.<\/span><\/span>

              • Direct experience working with government systems at\n the district level or above.<\/span><\/span>
