\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute high\-volume outbound prospecting via cold\ncalling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings\nfor the sales team \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Research and identify ideal\-fit prospects within target\nindustries and personas using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha or\nequivalent. \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute outbound outreach using the playbook,\nleveraging pre\-built call pitches and mailer templates to engage prospects in a\nconsistent and compelling way. \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage database and lead management in the CRM (e.g.\nSalesforce), logging all touchpoints and follow\-ups \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow up and nurture relationships with prospects who have\nshown not interested \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate closely with Sales Lead to ensure smooth meetings \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including dials,\nemails sent, LinkedIn touchpoints, and qualified meetings booked \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Continuously test and iterate on messaging and outreach\nstrategies to improve conversion rates \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide feedback to marketing and leadership on\nprospect responses and market trends \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>1\u20133 years of experience in an SDR, or outbound sales\nrole, preferably within a B2B environment \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven track record of fixing appointments and handling\nmeetings. \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong cold calling skills with the ability to handle\nobjections confidently and professionally \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience writing high\-converting email sequences and\npersonalised LinkedIn messages \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with\nstrong attention to detail \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement\nplatforms \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Self\-motivated, resilient, and driven by results \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in MS. Excel.
