  • Design and implement OCI networking architectures including VCNs, subnets, DRG, FastConnect, IPSec VPN, and hub-and-spoke topologies.
  • Build and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and OCI Resource Manager with version control and automated validation practices.
  • Implement identity and access management (IAM), RBAC models, and federation with enterprise identity providers.
  • Deploy and manage OCI compute, storage, and Kubernetes (OKE) environments optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Operate OCI database services including Autonomous Database, Exadata Cloud, and other Oracle database platforms in collaboration with DBA teams.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OCI DevOps or external tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

  • Design and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies across regions and availability domains.
  • Strengthen cloud security posture using OCI security services such as Cloud Guard, Vault, Security Zones, and Data Safe.
  • Optimize cloud costs through right-sizing, resource lifecycle management, and architectural improvements.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and Terraform to reduce operational overhead.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to cloud engineering best practices.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
    • Proven experience building and managing infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
    • Strong knowledge of OCI services including compute, networking, storage, IAM, and database offerings.
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE).
    • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native workloads.
    • Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and operational tooling.
    • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, IAM, and enterprise compliance requirements.
    • Experience with observability tools, incident response, and production support.
    • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
    • Familiarity with FinOps, multi-cloud architectures, or regulated cloud environments is a plus.
    • OCI Architect Professional certification or similar is highly desirable.

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, based on experience
      • Full-time W2 employment with long-term, multi-year engagement stability
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • 100% remote work within the United States
      • Paid time off and standard company holidays
      • Retirement savings plan (401(k) eligibility)
      • Opportunity to work on large-scale OCI enterprise architectures and cloud modernization programs
      • Exposure to advanced DevOps, automation, and multi-region cloud design
      • Strong technical ownership with mentorship and career growth opportunities
