OIC Consultant

The OIC Consultant will play a crucial role in our integration projects, utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (Gen2) to develop and manage integrations. This role involves collaborating with a team to integrate Oracle SaaS applications with various systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient data flow.
  • Design and develop integrations using OIC, including App Driven Orchestration and Scheduled Integrations.
  • Build SOAP/REST integrations and manage canonical models.
  • Implement B2B Trading Partner Management for efficient data exchange.
  • Configure OIC adapters for Oracle ERP, Service, HCM, and SCM Clouds, as well as FTP, REST, and SOAP protocols.
  • Ensure secure integrations by implementing OAuth 2.0, certificates, and API keys.
  • Design robust error handling mechanisms and enable integration tracking for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate Oracle SaaS applications with on-premise and third-party systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features and best practices.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing integrations, ensuring their optimal performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications, especially ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.
  • Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency in OIC adapters, including Oracle Cloud and FTP adapters.
  • Understanding of OAuth 2.0, API security, and certificate management.
  • Familiarity with B2B integration concepts and trading partner management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
