Location & Flexibility
INDIA Hybrid:
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru/Hyderabad (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Communications Cloud managed package and Omni Studio tools. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and implementing telecom/communications industry solutions using Omni Studio components and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Responsibilities [Bold, H2]
Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud (Managed Package / Vlocity).
Develop and configure OmniStudio components:
OmniScripts
Integration Procedures
DataRaptors (Extract, Transform, Load)
FlexCards
Customize and extend Salesforce using:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Flows
Implement product modeling using:
EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Work with Order Management, Assets, and Product Lifecycle processes.
Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
Support production deployments and resolve issues.
Qualifications [Bold, H2]
Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Minimum 2–3 years working specifically on Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity Managed Package).
Strong experience with:
Omni Studio (Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards)
EPC & CPQ configuration
Order Management (preferred)
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Experience with:
Apex & LWC
Salesforce Flows
Agentforce
Integration patterns (Platform Events, REST APIs)
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
