On Premise Sales Representative-Nashville Tn
- Fulltime position
- Must be able to travel throughout the sales territory, visit customers, receive and transmit customer orders. As a sales representative, you are responsible for achieving and exceeding goals for wine and spirits sales within your territory. Performs other duties as assigned.
- This role will require account prospecting, relationship building, brand knowledge, product representation and exceptional customer service.
- Applicant must be a motivated self-starter.
- Position Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a weekly itinerary for all accounts with scheduled call back days along with corporate account calls.
- Follow procedure and achieve all sales goals.
- Develop, maintain and expand existing brands within the portfolio by providing extensive customer service, including making sales presentations, coordinating promotions, seminars and conducting product tastings and staff training.
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to achieve long-term goals and opportunities.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a rapidly changing, fast growth environment.
- Work in conjunction with the office staff, warehouse, delivery, corporate office and Human resources to ensure a teamwork atmosphere and maintain a positive attitude.
- Attend all sales meetings promptly with enthusiasm.
- Keep up with tracking goals and administrative detail.

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- 2 years minimum outside sales experience in the beverage industry (wholesale, supplier, restaurant or hotel experience preferred).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint …)
- College degree preferred, however High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, mathematics, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a rapidly changing, fast growth environment.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must possess a valid TN Driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to maintain 100/300/100 insurance limitations.
- Must be licensable under the guidelines determined by state alcohol regulations.

- Cannot have more than two (2): moving violations and/or at-fault vehicle accidents (any combination) in the past three (3) years (for speeding, violations must be under 16mph)
- Cannot have more than one (1): speeding violation of 16-29mph OR at-fault accident in the past three (3) years
- Cannot have a major violation such as: DUI/DWI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, and/or super speeder (29+mph) violation in the past five (5) years
