On-Site Data Analyst

The Data Analyst supports the tracking and purchasing of all bulk materials by performing a variety of administrative and transactional tasks, including inventory processing and material tracking. Additionally, this role supports managers and the leadership team in executing strategic projects as well as ensuring invoicing is correct and coded properly.




· Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data
· Standardize reporting formats and processes
· Develop and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on procurement and inventory metrics
· Create dashboards and visualizations (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
· Analyze trends and provide actionable insights
· Prepare detailed reports on cost analysis, spend tracking, and material usage
· Track inventory levels, usage rates, and material movement across locations
· Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
· Monitor supplier metrics (delivery times, quality, compliance). Support supply chain, sourcing, and operations teams through detailed data analysis, reporting, and process tracking
· Assist with import and export documentation, transaction review, and compliance support
· Support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) activities including inventory tracking, admissions, withdrawals, reconciliations, and reporting (FTZ experience a plus
· Track tariff, and duty exposure spreadsheets


Preferred Experience:

5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems
