Centric Brands is excited to invite the next generation of creative, curious, and collaborative individuals to join us for the Fall 2026 Internship Program based in Greensboro, NC. The program will run from early September through the end of December 2026. Interns are expected to work within the range of 20-35 hours per week.

Our internship program is designed to immerse undergraduate and recently graduated participants in the business and culture of Centric Brands to help develop a strong cross-functional foundation. Our program pairs interns with mentors who are experts in their field for one-on-one learning and professional development. Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Position Summary: The Returns Intern will support daily inventory and operations activities while gaining hands-on experience in inventory management, returns processing, process improvement, and operational excellence. This internship provides exposure to warehouse operations, inventory control, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process product returns for multiple business divisions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Assist with inventory control activities, including basic inventory adjustments, cut pick ticket processing, and reconciliation of inventory variances.
  • Support inventory accuracy by investigating and resolving discrepancies identified through inventory reporting and EDI transactions.
  • Review and evaluate existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), providing recommendations to improve clarity, consistency, and overall effectiveness.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and AI-enabled tools to analyze data, improve workflows, and support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day business objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Must be a college undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2026) to be eligible to participate
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greensboro, NC for the full program from early-September to December
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule of at least 20 hours per week
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Interest in inventory management, warehouse operations, process improvement, or supply chain operations.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and applications for productivity and data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
