Job Description
Driver Onboarding & Acquisition
Manage and process new driver onboarding cases from registration until activation
Review, verify and maintain onboarding documentation and records
Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
Follow up on pending applications and unresolved onboarding cases
Monitor onboarding pipeline, conversion rates and activation performance
Support recruitment campaigns, roadshows and driver acquisition initiatives
Identify onboarding bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Prepare onboarding and acquisition performance reports for management
Driver Communications & Engagement
Manage communications across official driver channels and platforms
Prepare and distribute operational announcements, reminders and campaign updates
Coordinate driver engagement, retention and awareness campaigns
Respond to driver enquiries and escalate operational issues when required
Support the planning and execution of townhalls, roadshows, trainings and driver events
Track communication effectiveness and engagement performance
Prepare presentations, communication materials and management updates
EVP Registration & Management
Own and manage the end-to-end EVP process from registration until approval
Review, verify and submit EVP applications and supporting documents
Track EVP application status and follow up with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with internal departments regarding EVP matters
Monitor EVP approvals, renewals and expiry timelines
Maintain accurate EVP databases, trackers and documentation records
Handle driver enquiries related to EVP registration, renewal and compliance requirements
Resolve EVP processing issues and minimise activation delays
Prepare EVP status reports and provide regular updates to management
Recommend improvements to EVP processes and turnaround time
