<\/div>The Onboarding Executive supports the mobilization and onboarding of new sites by coordinating site readiness, documentation, training, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>Assist in site surveys, snag audits, and onboarding assessments.

Coordinate onboarding and service transition activities
<\/p><\/li>
Prepare and update asset lists, checklists, and onboarding documents
<\/p><\/li>
Support training coordination and statutory compliance requirements
<\/p><\/li>
Manage onboarding day arrangements (uniforms, ID cards, tools, signage, etc.)
<\/p><\/li>
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams during mobilization
<\/p><\/li>
Support site operations until steady\-state and assist in handover to Operations team.

Requirements<\/h3>Requirements<\/b>
<\/h3>Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering, or related field
<\/p><\/li>
2\-4 years of experience in FM, operations, or onboarding roles preferred
<\/p><\/li>
Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in MS Office and basic FM software
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
