As an Onboarding Manager (OM), you are the face of Procore’s Professional Services team. Your mission is to take new customers and guide them through a Structured Implementation that sets them up for a lifetime of success.
This is an execution-focused role where you will deliver standardised Professional Services Packages. You aren’t just teaching software; you are ensuring our customers adopt industry best practices that protect their margins and their people. While we follow a proven playbook, you’ll have the autonomy to apply a "solutions mindset" to solve unique client hurdles. This position will report to the Manager, Project Management, APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Structured Implementation Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of onboarding packages. You will lead clients through defined milestones, from account configuration to project "Go-Live," ensuring they hit every benchmark on time.
Train-the-Trainer: Empower our clients to be self-sufficient. You will identify and train "Procore Champions" within client organisations, giving them the tools and confidence to train their own field teams.
Best Practice Guidance: Act as a guardian of Procore’s implementation standards. You will steer customers away from bad habits and toward workflows that maximise the platform's value.
The 10% Innovation Rule: While 90% of your work follows our proven implementation playbook, we rely on your creativity for the remaining 10%. You will identify unique "work-arounds" and creative solutions for non-standard client requirements.
Professional Services Excellence: Manage the scope of your assigned service packages. You’ll ensure clients understand what is included in their journey while identifying opportunities where additional services might be needed.
What We’re Looking For
Implementation Experience: 1–3 years in a SaaS Implementation, Onboarding, or Project Management role. Experience in global SaaS markets (such as ANZ or India) is highly regarded.
The "Coach" Mentality: You enjoy the "Train-the-Trainer" model. You’re not just doing the work for them; you’re enabling them to get the work done.
Process-Driven & Organised: You love a good checklist. You can manage multiple client onboards simultaneously without letting a single milestone slip.
Solutions Mindset: You are a natural problem-solver. When a client says, "We don't do it that way," you’re ready to find a creative path forward within the Procore ecosystem.
Industry Interest: You don’t need to be a builder, but you must be curious about the construction industry. We will provide the training to make you an expert in Construction Tech.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record of managing customer-facing projects or software rollouts.
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Strong presentation skills—comfortable leading workshops via Zoom or in person.
Excellent written communication for documenting process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or Project Management software is a plus.
Minimum education BBA/MBA/BE Civil/Computer Science
